- Deciduous tree up to 36 m tall with a graceful feathery crown and spreading buttressed trunk. Leaves pinnately compound, c. 10-30 cm long, clustered near the end of twigs, 7-9 pairs of leaflets with terminal leaflets. Flowers are tiny, cream-coloured and in much-branched panicles. Fruits 3-5 cm long, ovoid to ovoid-oblong, yellow-green ripening brown with pale dots and 1 large seed.
