Definitions
Member: An individual, organization, or institution with expertise on tree species who can contribute Services after creating an account.
Guest: Any individual, organization, or institution who can use the Services without creating an account.
Moderator: An individual, organization, or institution with expertise on tree species who has an administrative account and bears the following responsibilities:
- Checking and approving Member registrations
- Checking and approving tree species assessments
- Approving tree species added
- Approving observations added
- Approving tree nurseries added
- Upholding community guidelines
- Responding to queries
Member and Services
The Services provided by Members are reviewed by a Moderator to ensure their reliability and accuracy. In the event that the Services on the Website are found to be untrue or inaccurate, the Services will be returned to the Member with an explanation of the issues identified. The Services can then be revised for resubmission. However, in the event that the Services on the Website intentionally are found to be untrue or inaccurate, Think City Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of the respective Member.
Account Details
To use the Services, you have to be a registered member. By clicking register, you will be directed to a registration page that requires you to fill in your details, such as a username and password. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If there is any suspicious transaction or activity of your account, you are responsible to notify us immediately. We reserve the right to take action we deem appropriate upon receiving notification from you of any unauthorized use of your account or any intention or actions that disrupts the Website.

Termination of Membership
A member may terminate their membership by sending written notice of termination to Think City Sdn. Bhd. or Think City Sdn. Bhd. may terminate the membership of any member at any time for any reason with immediate effect by sending written notice of termination to the members.
Governing The Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced by Malaysian Law. By using the Website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

If a member has a complaint about the services operated by the Company, it should be communicated to the Company or contact us at acrest.admin@thinkcity.com.my.
