- Shrub or small tree 5-8 m tall with a bushy crown. Leaves opposite, pinnately compound bearing 3-7 elliptic to elliptic-ovate leaflets with toothed margins. Flowers c. 3 cm long, trumpet-shaped, yellow and in terminal clusters. Fruits c. 30 cm long, elongated, flattened.
